Edmonton Wedding Planner: Jenilee + John
Jenilee and John’s intimate backyard tent wedding came together with just a few months of planning. We worked together to design a day that would allow them to share their vows in front of their closest friends and family, then celebrate with a candlelit dinner and dance party under the stars. Guests were served a gourmet family style meal by the Culina Team, while enjoying custom cocktails crafted by Strong Bartending.

Edmonton Wedding Coordinator: Arianna + Tom
Arianna and Tom didn’t miss a single detail when planning and designing their wedding at St. Joachim Catholic Church and The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald. From their church exit into a floral adorned vintage car to their cigar and bourbon bar on the Empire Terrace, every moment of the day was personalized and well thought out.

Banff Wedding Planner: Melena + Bayden
Living in Iqaluit, Nunavut, Melena + Bayden chose to have a destination wedding in Banff so their family and friends from across various provinces and territories could come together to celebrate over a weekend.
Their outdoor ceremony took place on Tunnel Mountain Meadow. A simple wooden cross draped in soft fabric marked the altar, and served as a beautiful symbol amidst the spectacular Rocky Mountain backdrop. We paired a romantic, airy aesthetic with the beautiful rustic setting of Buffalo Mountain Lodge, where the wedding dinner and dance were held.

If there was ever a couple you’d picture together forever, Kristen + Craig are it. Together with family and friends they celebrated their special day last spring at Delta South’s Top of the Inn.
It’s such an honour to coordinate multiple weddings within the same family! Our team had the privilege of helping with each of Kristen’s siblings’ weddings, including Stephanie + Matt’s wedding last year.

Jasper Wedding Coordinator: Sarah + Andrew
One of the greatest privileges of our job as wedding planners is being invited to experience love on so many levels. The love a couple has for one another is the obvious one, but we bear witness to the incredible love parents have for their children, adoring grandparents beaming with pride, and the special bonds of childhood friends.
Love radiated throughout Sarah and Andrew’s wedding weekend at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, and that’s a testament to their relaxed personalities and warm, welcoming natures. The weather also showed this couple some love by cooperating to give them a beautiful outdoor ceremony on Whistlers Plateau.
Cory Christopher brought the outdoors inside the Beauvert Room with lush florals and organic elements. He also expertly wove in personal touches that reflected Sarah and Andrew as individuals and as a couple. Moss “mountains” showed guests where to take their seats, pillars displayed childhood objects and photos like an exhibit – a nod to Sarah’s professional career as a curator – a canoe adorned with ferns and greenery held ice cold beer at the bar!

Edmonton Wedding Planner: Samantha + Raymond
It was the end of a cold snap in Edmonton, and Samantha and Raymond’s guests were so excited to be out of the house attending a beautiful wedding! Side note: we love winter weddings and don’t think they get enough credit!
One of the most important parts of their big day was ensuring they threw an awesome party for their guests, so Sam and Ray put a lot of thought into the food and drinks they served, the entertainment they hired, and memorable touches. Pops of lavender, mauve and blush added warmth and romance to The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald’s iconic Empire Ballroom, where both the vows and celebration were held.
One of the highlights of the day was Ray’s speech at the reception – his delivery was so endearing, not to mention hilarious! It was among the best we’ve ever heard and everyone was in stitches! A nod to the winter season, a hot chocolate station opened later in the evening with all the toppings you could imagine, as well as cake pops and biscotti to snack on.
Infused Studios delivered a stunning collection of images for the happy couple to look back on their day – enjoy!

Edmonton Wedding Planner: Lezlie + Michael
Lezlie and Michael were married at The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald on a beautiful October day. The sky was bright blue, the sun was shining, and orange leaves still dusted the trees in Edmonton’s gorgeous River Valley. Living in Montreal, the couple wanted their special day to be easy for their guests, and for the focus to be on connection and celebration.
Family is so important to Lezlie and Michael that they chose to have all their siblings in the Wedding Party, including their adorable nephews and nieces walk (and dance!) down the aisle. The traditional Jewish ceremony took place under a custom chuppah covered in greens, willow and ombré florals.
Immediately following the ceremony as they were walking back down the aisle, The Counterfitz took to the stage to play the Hora, while photos of the bride and groom’s grandparents were displayed on a large screen next to the stage. The rest of the evening was full of energy, good food and dancing! A farewell brunch the next morning wrapped up the glorious weekend.
