Jasper Park Lodge Wedding Planner: Claudia + Liz
Claudia and Liz’s destination wedding at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge radiated beauty – both of the scenery and their love for one another. Over 100 of their nearest and dearest travelled from across Canada to celebrate them in late September, an absolutely stunning time of year in the Rocky Mountains.
Their outdoor ceremony was set in front of the glistening turquoise waters of Lac Beauvert on Whistlers Plateau, and they dined and danced in the Golf Clubhouse with both a band and DJ keeping guests on their feet all night long!

Canmore Wedding Planner: Teagan + Chris
Teagan and Chris had to reschedule their wedding day twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic! They persevered, and when they were finally able to celebrate with their loved ones in beautiful Canmore, they were able to share the occasion with their new baby daughter, Winnie.

Victoria Wedding Planner: Jahan + Michael (Pt 2)
Day 2 of Jahan + Michael’s Victoria destination wedding was one for the books! We woke up to perfect weather in Brentwood Bay. The bridal party spent the morning getting ready before Jahan + Michael shared a private first look. Guests were shuttled to a gorgeous ceremony location just a few minutes from the resort – Langtry Walk. They returned for cocktails, dinner and the most epic dance party at Brentwood Bay Resort!

Victoria Wedding Planner: Jahan + Michael (Pt 1)
Jahan and Michael chose to have an intimate destination wedding where Michael grew up on Vancouver Island. The dreamy Brentwood Bay Resort was the perfect fit to give their guests an experiential weekend on the beautiful West Coast.
The wedding events began with a Pithi and Mandvo on the Terrace, where guests were invited to have Mehndi done by a talented Henna Artist. Later that evening, the Sangeet celebration was held on the pool deck. Guests dined on fusion cuisine and danced the night away!

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise Wedding Coordinator: Grace + Shane
Along with 150 of their favourite people, Grace and Shane travelled to the majestic Rocky Mountains for their winter destination wedding at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.
As most guests were visiting the area for the first time from the US, Grace and Shane hosted a welcome reception the evening prior to the wedding. They shuttled their guests from Lake Louise to wine and dine at the The Bison and experience the world-renowned Town of Banff.
The wedding day itself was mild as far as Canadian winters go, and the happy couple were able to exchange vows outdoors in front of the icy blue lake. After dinner and toasts, they danced the night away in the Victoria Ballroom to old and new hits covered by Five on the Side Band!

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Wedding Planner: Jennifer + Evrhetton
Jennifer and Evrhetton envisioned a weekend destination wedding in the mountains to celebrate their love story with family and friends. Of utmost importance was the guest experience, ensuring everyone was taken care of and that it was stress-free and enjoyable. We worked alongside them to plan their dream wedding at one of our favourite venues, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.
Their beloved Danes – Moose and Mountain – joined in on the special day, strolling down the aisle and standing up as “best dogs” for Ev. The weekend culminated in a raging dance party featuring alternating sets by the couple’s favourite band, The Barkells, and DJ Troy from Premiere DJs.

Jillian and Jason wanted their wedding to feel like a getaway while still being close enough for guests to attend. Their loved ones travelled from Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver, joining them in beautiful Jasper for a weekend of celebratory events. One of our favourite venues, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge offers a unique blend of luxury amidst unspoiled nature, set against the most spectacular backdrop of snow-capped mountains and glacier-fed lakes.
